About Us
RWS77 is an online betting platform built specifically for Malaysian players — with a focus on security, game fairness, and a user experience that genuinely fits the local way of life. From Liga Super football to live roulette, we have got you covered.
Who We Are
RWS77 is not a generic platform translated from another language and dropped into the Malaysian market. We were built from the ground up with a genuine understanding of what Malaysian players actually want — from relevant sports coverage and familiar deposit methods to native-language support and content that truly reflects everyday life here.
The team behind RWS77 understands the ins and outs of the online betting and casino industry across Southeast Asia, with a particular focus on Malaysia. We know that players in Johor Bahru, Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Kota Kinabalu, and Kuching each have different needs — and we are always working to meet those needs through a platform that keeps evolving.
Since launching in 2019, RWS77 has grown into one of the most trusted betting platforms among Malaysian players. Not because we are the biggest, but because we are the most consistent — consistent in security, consistent in integrity, and consistent in making every player feel valued.
"We are not trying to be a platform for everyone around the world. We want to be the best platform for Malaysian players — and that is our focus every single day."

Mission & Vision
RWS77's mission is straightforward and has not changed since day one: to deliver the safest, fairest, and most enjoyable online betting experience for Malaysian players. Every product decision, every technology partnership, and every customer service policy we have is anchored to that mission.
RWS77's long-term vision is to grow alongside Malaysian players — keeping pace with the rapidly expanding esports scene, deepening coverage of local sports leagues, and ensuring that every player in every corner of Malaysia can access our platform with ease, free from technical or language barriers.
We also believe that healthy growth is responsible growth. That is why RWS77 invests seriously in responsible gaming tools — not because it is required, but because we genuinely care about the long-term wellbeing of our player community.
We never compromise on fair play and transparency towards our players.
Malaysian players are more than customers — they are a community we are genuinely proud of.
We continuously update our technology and products to keep pace with the latest industry developments.
Great gaming starts with players who are in a healthy place — mentally and financially.
From Perlis to Sabah — RWS77 is built for every Malaysian player, without exception.
Accurate odds, fast payouts, and sports data updated in real time.
When we launched RWS77 in 2019, one thing we never anticipated was how quickly the Malaysian player community would grow — or the level of trust they would place in us. In those early days, RWS77 started with just a handful of sports betting markets and a small selection of live casino tables. Today, we offer over 500 betting markets daily, eight esports titles, 18 live roulette tables, and a wide range of casino games — all built with Malaysian players in mind.
This growth did not happen overnight. It is the result of consistently listening to our players — through feedback submitted via live chat, questions that come through to the FAQ section, and usage patterns we observe every week. When RWS77 players said they wanted more coverage of Malaysia Liga Super, we expanded it. When they asked for Boost and ShopeePay as deposit options, we made it happen. When the esports community asked about MLBB betting, we built a dedicated section for them.
One of the most important decisions we made early on was to operate entirely in Bahasa Malaysia. This goes beyond simply translating the interface — it means customer support in Bahasa Malaysia, strategy guides in Bahasa Malaysia, notifications in Bahasa Malaysia, and editorial content written the way Malaysians actually speak. We believe that when players feel comfortable with the language being used, they make calmer, more informed betting decisions.
We know that many betting platforms claim to be "safe and trusted" without much explanation of what they actually do to back that up. At RWS77, we want to be transparent about our security approach so players can make informed decisions.
On the technical security front, all RWS77 user data is stored on servers protected with AES-256 encryption, and all communication between your browser and our platform uses TLS 1.3 protocol. Passwords are never stored in plain text — they are hashed using the bcrypt algorithm. For additional account protection, two-factor authentication (2FA) is available to all RWS77 members.
On the matter of game fairness, all casino games and live tables at RWS77 use software from independently audited, licensed providers. For Sports Betting, our odds are calculated using the same statistical models applied across the international industry — with fair, transparent margins. We never adjust odds after a bet is accepted, and all matches are settled based on official results from the relevant sporting bodies.
One of the most common complaints Malaysian players have about other betting platforms is customer support that is slow, robotic, or out of touch with local context. At RWS77, our support team is made up of individuals who genuinely understand the Malaysian player's situation — they know what Liga Super is, they understand how GrabPay works, and they can help you in natural Bahasa Melayu, not awkward machine-translated responses.
Our live chat support operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — including during festive seasons such as Hari Raya and New Year. Our average response time is under 3 minutes for live chat, and under 24 hours for more detailed email enquiries. For sensitive payment or account issues, we have a dedicated team that handles them with the highest priority.
RWS77 takes seriously our responsibility to ensure every player stays within their means. We provide daily deposit limits, loss limits, bet limits, and account time-out periods that you can configure yourself. If you or someone you know needs help, our support team is available in Bahasa Melayu 24/7.
